Mental Health Resources

I take mental health very seriously. Just as you can't be expected to perform at your best when you're in immense pain due to a broken ankle, you also can't perform at your best if you're in immense pain due to depression, anxiety, trauma, or other mental health concerns.

I am willing and open to talking with you about your mental health and options you may have but I am not a trained professional and I do not have my phone on me 24/7. Know that I also will report suicidal ideation to the Counseling Center so that professionals can take over your care.

If you are in crisis, please contact 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
